Eligibility 

Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.  
Products must be *unused, unwashed, and in original packaging* with all tags intact.  
Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.  

Exclusions

Final sale items* (e.g., discounted/clearance products).  
Customized or personalized items* (e.g., altered sizes/designs).  
Damaged items due to customer misuse.  

Exchange Process

* to request an exchange.  
Exchanges are subject to *stock availability*.  
You may exchange for a different size, color, or style of equal value.  
If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue store credit or a refund.  

Return Process

Step 1: Notify us via email/phone within 14 days of delivery.  
Step 2: Pack the item securely in its original packaging.  
Step 3: Include the original invoice and reason for return.    

Refunds

Refunds are processed within *5–10 business days* after we receive and inspect the returned item.  
Refunds will be issued to the *original payment method* or as *store credit* (customer’s choice).  
Shipping charges are *non-refundable* unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item).  

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to:  
Incorrect item shipped.  
Defective/damaged product.  

Quality Assurance

We thoroughly inspect all items before dispatch.
